Lisa Levin, founder and CEO of Pharmacopia, started her natural and organic body care company because of her own health problems. She had been a stressed-out graphic designer for 20 years when she was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. She was in a lot of pain, her memory was bad, and she was having trouble sleeping, so she took time off from work to take care of herself. She started eating fewer processed foods and using natural products on her body; soon she noticed that she was feeling better.
